When Will I Receive My Order?
Goods in stock will be dispatched same or next business day. If you live in a metro area in Australia, generally, you'll receive your order between 5 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Kindly allow 7 to 14 working days if you live outside metro areas. (Australia Only).
For international orders, allow between 5 to 31 working days for delivery, depending upon your local postal service.
Please be advised that packages are not insured for loss or damage unless you request it. Tracking with Australia Post is included on all orders.

How Do I know When My Order Has Been Sent?
When we dispatch your order, we send an email notification with your tracking number to you the same day.

Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

If for any reason, one of our products does not meet your expectations, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full product refund or credit.
Cancellation or change of order must occur prior to us sending your order to you.
We recommend you use a trackable freight method and insure your package for your protection while it is in transit.
Please refer to your freight or postal company for the status of your returned package. Refunds can take approximately 2 business days to complete once your return item is received by us. Return freight charges are the customer's responsibility. Please note that all returns must be sent freight prepaid.
Conditions of Freight
Shipping cost is non-refundable on returned items unless it is our mistake or the product is faulty or not acceptable.
Please check that the correct address was provided to us at checkout. If your parcel hasn't arrived by the time expected we recommend visiting your local Post Office or Mail Centre to see if they are holding it for you.
Also check with family members, neighbours or front office staff as they may have accepted it on your behalf.
Thermomedic Therapy Garments recommend you have your orders shipped to your post office box or a secure home address. Thermomedic will work with you until you locate your order.
Customers outside major cities may occasionally take several extra days to receive their orders.
We reserve the right to change product specifications and we cannot guarantee to exactly match the product. Please be advised that some differences or color variations may occur from time to time. This will not affect the product's performance or benefits.
Product dimensions, fibre content and description can vary from time to time. Please make allowances for revised product description.
Orders and payments by Paypal to Thermomedic Therapy Garments are secure. All credit card payments are ENCRYPTED before we receive payment so no one other than the bank has your card information. You will need to enter your credit card details each time you shop as we do not have any record of your credit card details.
For security reasons, orders can only be sent to the shipping address provided by customer during checkout.
If your personal details change after payment, please make arrangements with your recipient to forward your order to you. If you move house or go away on vacation, we recommend you have your local post office re-direct or hold your order until your return.

All items sold as is. There is no return on sale or discounted specials if you have simply changed your mind.
