Caring For Your Thermomedic Therapy Garments
All Thermomedic Therapy Garments are designed to offer premium fit and correct support using advanced fibres and stretch fabrics. To ensure optimum therapeutic benefit for long life, we recommend that they be properly cared for.
Do I Need To Hand Wash My Therapy Garments?
We recommend far infrared therapy garments be hand washed to avoid stretching or tearing them. Use cool water with mild soap or an organic washing powder or liquid. This is because ordinary washing powders contain chemicals which can be harsh on your skin and the environment. Organic laundry detergent is free from chlorine, phosphates and other dangerous chemicals which makes them gentler on your therapy garments and on your delicate or sensitive skin. This means you will reduce the risk of developing skin irritation which can be caused by the chemicals in regular washing powders.
We recommend squeezing dry, rather than wringing or tumble drying your therapy clothes, to preserve their shape. Improper care may diminish the life of the product.
Do not iron or bleach.
Do I Need To Shade Dry My Therapy Clothing?
We recommend you dry your therapy clothes flat, in the shade and out of direct sunlight, to maintain their appearance and preserve the stretch function of the fibres. Do not expose to prolonged heat.
What Other Clothing Needs This Type Of Care?
Items with magnets or adjustable elastic straps.
"For 4 years I tried every arthritis drug and cream from my local chemist, but nothing could fix my pain, especially since I suffer with allergies. Then I saw your gloves and decided to give them a try. Just a few days later, my hands are so much less achy! I can really feel the difference in my finger joints, they're not so stiff. I really appreciated the prompt service and delivery."
